Will 15 Minutes Of Cardio On A Recumbent Bike 4 Times Daily Help Me With Weight Loss?

I know the longer the workout the better, but I am easily distracted by my 3 year old and cannot manage more than 15-20 minutes at one time. Can doing this 4 times a day equate to a workout appropriate for weight loss?
