Which one of these bikes is best for general suburban area use. Sidewalks and streets mostly, so I’m looking for comfort as well as the ability to use it for exercise. I’ve pretty much decided on these cheap bikes so please choose from them:

It is a Starlet III, and has no rust what so ever. It is purple, has two paint chips, on the chain cover, and the name is fully intact. Has both front and rear fenders, and has 2 racks also. A black scwhinn seat, and purple schwinn approved handlebars. Any idea?

The bike is an $800 Schwinn bike..The bike needs repair and overhaul completely..what is a fair price to charge for this bike approximately.
This bike was approximately $800. It has been damaged and needs a thorough overhaul and repair job. Is it worth it and should I spend up to $300 or 350 for the repairs. Your opinions. Thanks

I really really really want to ride in marathons and get into the sport of cycling, so I want to buy a Schwinn Le Tour to use which is about $700. Does anyone know how I can buy this bike? I am 14 so I can’t really work, but I really want to get this bike!!! And my parents won’t pay for it

I own a 2006 Schwinn Colliagate scooter, and I was wondering if what kind of modifications, if any, I could have performed to increase its top speed and/or acceleration. I understand that tinkering with this kind of stuff can decrease reliability, but any ideas would help. I looked at the linkage with the throttle, and the screw seems to be about as far back as it’s going to get. Any other ideas?

I have narrowed it down to these two- any suggestions? Want to keep it around $1000 or under so suggestions of $4000 machines aren’t going to work. thanks

my schwinn AD3 is over 20 years old. My speedo cable broke. no schwinn bike store or schwinn company make this cable since this airdyne bike is no longer produced. any suggestion how and where I might find this cable?
