Roof mount bike rack for small kids bikes?

Anyone know a good option for a roof mount bike rack that fits very small kids bikes (16″ wheels)? Upright mount preferred since bike doesn’t have quick release wheel.
Our SUV isn’t compatible with trunk mount racks and I am pulling a tent trailer so can’t use hitch mount racks.
So far I haven’t found any options that would seem to fit very small bikes.

Car mount for recumbent trike?

I’m looking for a way to mount my Sun EZ recumbent trike on my car (a Saturn Sedan) so I can go on bike trips. It has one wheel in front and two in the back. It is approx 47 inches long and 29 inches wide at it’s widest dimension (the rear where the 2 wheels). It weighs about 50#. I’ve found specialty mounts and hitches that cost $300 and up, but I’d like to find something in the $100 or less range. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
