I am 15 years old, and I’m not seriously overweight, but I have some fat on my hips that makes clothes look bad on me and makes me really self-conscious. Lately I’ve been eating healthier and less and exercising more. I walk for at least an hour a day, and I also use a recumbent bike every day. I have only been doing this for a few days, so I’m not seeing results yet. But is this a good way to get rid of hip and or thigh fat? What activities are good for burning lots of fat from the hips?
