My recumbent exercise bike says i burn an average of 10 calories per minute after im done.. is that based on fat calories.. energy calories.. both? or is it the same thing. Im confused due to the nutrient facts on food.. they say..for example.. 300 calories, 90 calories of fat.. If was to eat that would i need to burn 90… 300 or somewere in between.. i may be rambling but if you have advice.. let me know.
