Ok well i am leaving in 2 weeks for USAF BMT and My run is not as well as it used to be due to smoking, its cold as hell out and treadmills/elliptical machines do not help me at all, could i get some tips on how to build my stamina up as much as possible before boot camp
I have been running every day but its still a little rough when i hit the 1 1/2 mile mark
