Which is a better road bike if they both fit me perfect. Surly Long Haul Trucker or a 2008 Schwinn multi-speed fast back?
Below are the details about the Schwinn. The owner is offering to sell this bike for $800 but I think I could buy it for $700.
This is a never ridden 2008 Schwinn multi-speed fast back road bike. Never ridden due to right after buying sidelined with serious back injury and unfortunately out of cycling game.

Also with price or negotiated includes a mag trainer, schwinn aftermarket pedals and size 13 shoes, bobtail seatpost bag, topeak multi bike tool, co2 refill setups with extras, patch kit and clothing accessories your choice.
Below are the details about the Surly. The owner is offering to sell this bike for $900 but I think I could buy it for $800.
62cm olive Surly Long Haul Trucker road bike. Bike has been ridden 100 miles or less. I purchased this bike brand new last October for $1095.00, and it is still in perfect condition. The only reason I am selling is to make room for a new bike I am planning on getting, otherwise I would want to keep it for sure. Selling it for $900 or best offer.

Please let me know your thoughts. I now that the number one rule about buying a bike is all about fit. I am brand new to riding so that is why I am going for a used lightly riden bike. To be honest I am not even sure what the “best fit is” other than the sizing needs to fit my six foot four frame. Which both of these bikes do. I am going tomorrow to look these bikes over please provide any thoughts you have.
Thanks
