September 15, 2009 10:05 pm | #3The velodrome is in the city of Kenosha, Wisconsin, near downtown on Washington and 22nd street. You could literally drive right by it and not see it. It’s recessed into the hill-side. Its actual name is the Washington Park velodrome, and is the oldest continually operated ‘drome in the US.Its about 40 minutes north of Chicago along I-94
